Tempeh... The delicious doctor... Hmmmmm Yummy



Tempeh is a food made from the fermentation of soy beans. It used Tempeh's yeast to fermentates.


Oh ya Tempeh contained many nutritions....

Tempeh rich with fiber, calcium, vitamin B and protein. Various kinds of nutritions in tempeh some of them have medicinal value, such as antibiotics to cure the infection and antioxidant to prevent of degenerative diseases.

generally, soybean is white coloured due to mycelial growth of the soybean seeds it forms a solid texture. Degradation of components in fermented soybean made tempeh has a distinctive flavor and aroma. Unlike tofu, tempeh feels a bit sour.

Tofu is made from milled soybean and not to be fermented...


Soybean is not milled it is only fermented by yeast...




hmmm lets see how it become so tasty...
